Kathryn Eloff
Ms. Eloff is a civil attorney whose practice emphasizes real estate and elder law issues, including estate planning and administration of decedent’s and guardian’s estates. She has had litigation experience in Federal and State Courts. Although she primarily represents individuals, she also lists her current clients as certain small corporations, a federal agency, and several churches.
From 1983 through 1995, Ms. Eloff served as an Assistant Law Director for the City of Cleveland Heights. Her responsibilities included litigation of certain civil rights cases, drafting legislation, code enforcement, criminal prosecution and income tax collection.
